[contrib/peer2anonet/peer2anonet] /service/$peer/run == symlink /etc/peer2anonet/peers/$peer/run; /service/$peer/run will now read from /etc/peer2anonet/peers/$peer/<env files>; more simple toggle for REMOTE_FLOAT
