Added atomictorrent repo, and added multirepo support for pragmo:
now inside /db/usr/pragmo there is th repos dir which contains one dir
for each pragmo's repo. resdb2 is the classic resdb (rebooted ;)), while
atomictorrent is a new repo containing torrents.
